All NETSYSS SEO plans are subject to the following terms and conditions;

• Prices are GST exclusive
• Plan’s are based on a 12-month agreement
• Plans value will be paid in advance on monthly basis. Client may cancel SEO plan at any time if wished. A one (1) month cancellation notice and payment is required
• Each plan comes with a number of traffic-generating keywords guarantee. Our guarantee for each new plan is that unless your site is getting traffic from the specified number of keyword phrases within the first 12 months, we will work for FREE until guarantee target is met
• Number of keywords generating traffic guarantee can only be claimed if the 12-month agreement is fulfilled. We do not guarantee traffic from specific set of keywords as it may vary from month to month
• Number of keywords generating traffic guarantee does not apply to any domains that are blacklisted or become blacklisted during the 12-month agreement. Generally speaking search engines such as Google penalises on-page optimisation if not in accordance with their SEO guidelines such as hidden text and duplicate content
• Number of keywords generating traffic guarantee does not apply if no prior consent is requested from NETSYSS by the client or client’s representative or agent (such as a web designer) to make changes to the website’s copy, content, all tags, images, keywords, meta tags, menus or any other changes that may affect our SEO process. This is required to ensure that all changes are done in accordance with proper SEO guidelines
• Number of keywords generating traffic guarantee only applies to clients who accept NETSYSS SEO recommendations that will be defined at the time of signing off the 12-month agreement alternatively have their keywords optimisation list approved by NETSYSS
• Site requiring re-work (SEO Maintenance) to maintain its ranking will be subject to a new quote following a site analysis by our Search Engine Optimisation Sydney experts
